As we sit down to log our results from our first 90 Day Challenge with ViSalus, I can’t help but think to myself how quickly this time has gone by! I think the concept of passing time is one of the most interesting aspects of human behavior. When you start something like a 90 Day Challenge you think to yourself ” I have to do this for 90-Days?!?!?” and now that it’s almost over it’s more like “OMG it’s been 90 Days already?!?!!” It just goes to show that doing something like this and making an important change in your life is easier and much more achievable than we think it is at the beginning. It also has taught us that health and fitness results are about a whole lot more than the numbers on a scale. Now that we have finished it, here are the results of our ViSalus 90 Day Challenge!
Lauren’s View on the ViSalus 90 Day Challenge
Kenin informed me yesterday that we were at the end of our 90 Day Challenge. What??? Where did the time go? These last three months just flew by. I really imagined this 90 Day Challenge to be…well…more of a Challenge. I exercised at least five days a week and stuck (mostly) to my two shakes a day. We managed to keep our eating habits on track, which is supremely difficult being full time travelers. The drive-thrus are always the easy way out when on the road and there is always a wonderfully fattening restaurant that needs reviewing, but we were strong-willed and stuck to our guns.
How did I do on the Challenge? Look at my photos below (doggie not included). I can’t believe how much my body has transformed. My limbs are tighter and leaner, I have started to have a neck again, and my buns are starting to somewhat resemble steel With results like this, I am ready to do it again. I am reenlisting in another 90 Day Challenge. Join me on the road to fit!
Kenin’s View on the ViSalus 90 Day Challenge
I have to admit when I first started on this 90 Day Challenge I was quite the skeptic. I am a firm believer in eating whole foods and making sure that you really consume the right amount of calories every day. I was presented with the choice to take the challenge when Lauren and I were at a crossroads of sorts. We were eating only whole foods and stopped eating out at most restaurants yet over the course of the last year I somehow ballooned back up to 300 lbs. Needless to say I was furious! I decided that I would try out the 90 day challenge and see where it would lead me.
Well here I am 90 days later and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve lost just over 32 lbs!! While that on it’s own is pretty amazing to me, I’m actually much more impressed with something that’s a lot harder to quantify. I can’t get over how much better I feel. I know a lot of the health results and extra energy I’m feeling is because I’ve been working out so much but I also know I wouldn’t feel this was if it wasn’t for ViSalus. You see, the 90 Day challenge transformation kit gave me all the tools to eat right, plus have extra energy to make working out every morning a no brainer. It’s really hard to calorie count your way through 3 meals a day and get proper balanced nutrition, but with the meal replacement system, 2 meals a day were taken care of. On top of that, the support from the ViSalus community really helped keep me motivated and on track over the course of the entire 90-days. I could ramble on and on about the system and how great I feel, but instead I’ll say this: I loved the results of the 90-day challenge so much, I’m going to do it again! That’s right! Today marks not only the end of my first challenge, but the beginning of my second one!

Weight at the End of the 90 Day Challenge – 169.1 / 267.9
Total loss = 15.8 lbs / 32.3 lbs!
Exercise – We spent most of the challenge doing the Focus T25 system, in addition to jogging, swimming, and hiking.
